Sapporo Restaurant, established in 1975, is the first to bring Japanese ramen to New York City. Although Japanese ramen is becoming extremely popular among New Yorkers, Sapporo Restaurant remains one of the top ramen restaurants in the city. We changed our menu on September 3rd 2012, we now serve eight different ramens. Our Miso Ramen is one of the most popular dishes among our regular customers. It is Miso-flavored (soy-bean) with rich toppings. However, Shio Ramen(Sea salt) and Shoyu Ramen(Soy Sauce) are our best suggestion. Tan-Tan Men is another popular ramen, which is sesame-flavored spicy. This dish has been capturing New Yorkers’ attention and satisfying their appetites. We also offer other menu items such as Teishoku (Beef Negi Moyashi, etc), Donburi (Beef bowl,Katsu-Don,etc), Cha-han ( fried rice), and Japanese Curry. We are located in Midtown Manhattan on 49th Street, between 6th & 7th avenue, conveniently located near all public transportations. We welcome all of you to Sapporo Restaurant!
